Finding the Tools

Finding the Tools is an innovative training platform for developing communication skills through immersive VR and web-based simulations. Developed in response to urgent mental health and educational needs, it offers a scalable, cost-effective alternative to traditional role-play or static e-learning.
Initiated in Israel following crisis events, and focused on resilience and interpersonal skills, Finding the Tools addresses universal challenges in healthcare education, workforce wellbeing, and community preparedness—making it highly relevant for international settings.
The project was developed In collaboration with the Advanced Reality Lab at Reichman University, Geha Hospital, Shalvata Hospital, Union Group.
